Welcome to our website

We are Russ & Lindsay Cronberg.  Emerald Isle became a place of relaxation for us during the onset of the pandemic.  The casual atmosphere and incredible beach allowed the stresses of life to disappear so much that we decided to invest long term in the island.  We purchased 102 Live Oak, formerly “High Hopes”, now Coastal Vista with the intent to provide a home where others could come to relax, create family memories, and let their stresses disappear. 

We are both in the Hospitality Industry and realize all the small touches that go into creating a top notch experience and will stop at nothing to do that for our guests.

October of 2022 we began a large transformation of the home touching almost every surface and material with the intent to bring modern comforts, colors, and touches to help enhance the memories that you will create!  We look forward to hosting you at Coastal Vista on Emerald Isle.
